Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
½ cup water
Juice of one lime
1 (4-ounce) can green chiles
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon turmeric

Directions
Put the cashews into a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them sit for 20 minutes then drain.
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Add the cashews, water, lime juice, green chiles, nutritional yeast, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and turmeric into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into an oven safe dish with a lid. Bake for 10 minutes, then serve.
